Shipping at LifeVantage
LifeVantage will begin using the following shipping policy as of August 1, 2024.

* Standard shipping rates start at $7.99.
- Standard shipping time is 7-10 days.
- Orders shipping to AK, HI, GU, PR, AS, and VI will receive a shipping discount on subscription and new Consultant enrollment orders, however standard shipping rates to these areas are higher than $7.99.
- Express and expedited shipping will be charged at normal market rates for all orders.
- Shipping charges are calculated after all discounts (discount codes, credits, Friends and Family, etc.) and before taxes.

* Shopping cart size (in any single order, minimum order threshold may not be spread out across multiple orders) may vary, but the order amount excluding any shipping costs must match or surpass the thresholds listed above for each market.
LifeVantage Return Policy
Unopened product and marketing materials returned within thirty (30) days of purchase shall receive a 100% refund, minus any shipping and handling costs. After 30 days of purchase, only unopened product that is in a resalable and restockable condition, with at least 6 months remaining before its expiration date may be returned within twelve (12) months of purchase and shall receive a 100% refund, less a 10% handling and restocking fee and any shipping and handling costs, conditioned upon the receipt of a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”), issued through Customer Support. Customers are responsible for returning any products to LifeVantage within 10 business days of issuance of the RMA or said products will not be eligible for return. Please allow for up to twenty (20) days from the time that the product is received for the refund to be processed.

Why are shipping rates changing?
Global shipping rates have seen an increase this year. LifeVantage has covered a substantial amount of that cost for our Customers, however we need to adjust shipping rates to support continued growth. Rate changes will apply to flat rate shipping and standard shipping. Expedited shipping rates have not changed.

In which market(s) is this update to the shipping policy taking place?
This is an update to the US, Australia, and New Zealand shipping policy.
Will customers and Consultants have different shipping policies?
Consultants are eligible for free shipping on their enrollment order when they set up a subscription for 150 SV or more.
Customers are eligible for free shipping on their enrollment order when they set up a subscription at the same time.
For repeat orders, both Consultants and Customers follow the same shipping policy.
If I have an active subscription, will the new shipping discounts be automatically added to my order or do I need to do anything?
If your order is above $150, flat rate shipping will automatically be applied. For subscription orders under $149.99, standard shipping rates apply.
