Why is LifeVantage removing inactive accounts now?The system is already scheduled to be down while updates are made due to the March 1, 2025, launch of LV360 in Phase 3 markets. Scheduling the account cleanup at the same time is the best use of our time and resources.
When is an account considered inactive?Consultant accounts with no commissionable orders, Subscription orders, commission checks, or enrollments in the last 12 months. Customer accounts are considered inactive when they have no commissionable or Subscription orders in the last 3 years.
What steps do I need to take if I want to keep my Consultant status active? Your Consultant account will be considered active when you log in and place a new order.
What if my account has been terminated and I want to be reactivated? You can re-enroll as a Consultant or Customer at any time.
After someone’s account has been terminated, can they rejoin under someone new? Yes
Will an account owner receive notice when their account is terminated? Yes. Email notifications are triggered when an account is terminated. The account owner will be notified if they have opted into communications from LifeVantage.
Why are Business Centers being compressed? With the new Evolve Compensation Plan, Business Centers are no longer needed. The new Leadership Match serves the same function for building depth as Business Centers did under the previous compensation plan.
What happens to my Business Center after it’s compressed? All Consultants and Customers who were enrolled or placed under your Business Center (BC2) or additional Business Centers will be moved to Level 1 of your primary account. See examples below:
